About the Zona Team
The Zona Team is a group of West USA Realty agents serving Arizona buyers and sellers. The team is led by Carl Chapman, Associate Broker with West USA Realty.
Each Zona Team member is an individual licensed agent with West USA Realty. All agents are employed and supervised by Duane P. Fouts, Designated Broker for West USA Realty.
As team leader, Carl's role is to provide website management and marketing to team members. He is also an active agent who works directly with clients.
